- Situation: Two parking garages had been repeatedly waterproofed with short-term, ineffective coatings for over twenty years. The owners were tired of paying for coatings, and sought a long-lasting solution.
- Challenge: Permanently waterproof the parking garages after removing the old coatings.
- Solution: For two months, crews ground the old coatings off the garage’s surface. It then took a few hours a day for three days to apply the full TechCrete 2500 system. Now the parking garages are permanently waterproofed. Since TechCrete 2500 becomes an integral part of the concrete, it looks more natural without inches of old coatings sitting on the surface..
