Situation - A below grade concrete structure in construction needed to be waterproofed. - Challenge - The contractor wanted to find a long-lasting, yet ultimately inexpensive, waterproofing solution. The contractor normally used inexpensive but ineffective tar to waterproof his structures, but was tired of the tar failing and having to reapply.
- Solution - For all future structures, the contractor decided that TechCrete’s Waterproofing Agent 2500 is the most effective and cost efficient product to use. The contractor has successfully and permanently waterproofed his concrete structure and home projects.
