DT PLUG
DuraTite Plug is designed to stop water flow and permanently seal deep cracks and holes in all grades of concrete. It plugs, seals and creates a “watertight” seal in 2 minutes, even while water is flowing. It can be used on concrete block, cast-in-place concrete, stucco, tilt-up, exposed aggregate and slump block and can be used as an anchoring cement. It is suitable for use on basement floors and cellar walls, expansion and control joints, curtain wall joints, windows, doors, panels, fountains, reflecting pools, planters, canals, retaining walls and privacy fences

Surface Preparation
IMPORTANT – Wear eye protection and rubber gloves when working with DuraTite Plug.
Chisel holes to enlarge them by at least ¼” and scrape clean. Remove any loose or chipped concrete. Make sure the surface to be patched is damp.
Clean Up
Wash skin and hands with soap and water. Cured material must be scraped away. Be sure the container lid is closed and tightly sealed. Store in a cool, dry place.
Application
To avoid waste, only small quantities of DuraTite Plug should be mixed. Mix 2.5 parts DuraTite Plug to 1 part of water. Stir the mixture until it reaches a putty-like paste. After mixing, apply DuraTite Plug to the appropriate area immediately. Material should be formed into a wedge and forced into the leak. This can be accomplished with the use of a block of wood and hammer. Work the plug well into the area and then, applying as much pressure as possible, hold firmly in place for about 30 seconds or until set. After the leak has stopped, fill the remaining void to the surface with DuraTite Repair Grout. Remove excess material. After lightly pre-wetting, apply a final coat of DuraTite Foundation to the repaired area. After preparing the surface as described above, place and hold the powder directly over the leak for 30-60 seconds.
