Solution: Repairs were made to the heavily damaged portions of the concrete. Then, the crew pressure washed and cleaned the concrete with ACR Concrete Cleaner. The next morning, a team of five applicators used a sump pump to apply TechCrete 2500 to all 14,500 sq. ft. of concrete in an hour. After almost two hours, the TechCrete 2500 was dry. On the third day, TechCrete Accelerating Agent was applied, cracks were sealed with ACR Crack and Void, and ACR Polysealant was applied to wall and floor joints. The structure was leak-free upon job completion and permanently sealed from water damage.
