Situation: LSU had repeatedly applied coatings to their parking garage, but realized it was more expensive to repeatedly apply when they kept failing. -
Challenge: To find a solution that would effectively waterproof concrete without repeated application. -
Solution: A demo of TechCrete 2500 was applied to a small part of the large garage. When the owners saw that it was effectively waterproofed without altering the appearance of the concrete, they decided to use the full TechCrete 2500 System on the 70,000 square foot garage. First, the layers of coating had to be tediously ground away for weeks. Once the garage was clean, it took only two days to apply the TechCrete 2500 System. Within a week, it was at full strength and the garage was leak free.
