Situation: A valuable arena was leaking heavily. The structure was nearing the point of reconstruction and required large amounts of repair.
- Challenge: To repair and waterproof 21,000 square feet of concrete.
- Solution: Old, ineffective materials were removed, cracks were routed, and the area was cleaned with ACR Concrete Cleaner. The area had an initial treatment of TechCrete 2500 to seal the excessive amounts of cracks. Then, the application team applied TechCrete 2500 to the remaining 15,000 square feet in an hour and a half. Now the leaking arena is waterproofed and a higher quality for the community.
