Study Case: Oakland Community College Stairwells

- Situation: Oakland Community College needed to waterproof three concrete stairwells totaling 8,000 square feet. One stairwell needed to be left open for students to use in the busy garage. After being trained by Alchemco's operations team, two application specialists sprayed TechCrete's Waterproofing Agent 2500 on two of the stairwells in two days, they waited for the solution to dry for a day each, and applied water to activate the chemicals.
- Challenge: Waterproof the stairwells but leave one open so students could still use the garage.
- Solution: The fast acting, easy to use, and easy to learn TechCrete Waterproofing Agent was applied on two staircases. Once they were ready for use, the third was waterproofed by the trained community college staff.
